Just finished watching the first episode of Sherlock season 2, A Scandal in Belgravia.
I'm sure I'll write a big, long post, detailing everything and every thought but for now?
Just this jumble:
- Moriarty's ringtone. Ah, Moffat, you bloody troll, can I kiss you?
- speckled blonde? I think I'll spend the next week thinking of this and laughing quietly to myself.
- Sherlock's dressing gowns
- Irene was amazing (also Lara Pulver, I had no idea you would spend so much time naked.)
- John and Sherlock. That is all.
- Gatiss and Mycroft. Also Mycroft and John's alliance.
- the whole episode felt like a super long movie, that wasn't going to end. And not in a bad way. It just felt like we got the full thing. I was forever expecting the end to come and leave us in a cliffhanger. No, the story developed nicely, with several sidelines, and was brought to a full end, with no rushes or dramatics. I feel like I had a good, hearty, delicious meal, and I'm just perfectly full. I'm not hungry, but I'm also not uncomfortably full or feel like I ate too fast.
