Back On Air
Nearly had a melt down yesterday over the fact that our internet connection stopped working. Sad how technology completely controls my life.
Anyway, we went through a pretty badass thunder storm. Somehow it managed to corrupt our modem and had it no longer reach any internet service. Called Qwest to get them to fix....Took about an hour or so (but that's a whole other story). Finally, they decided that we would have no choice but to wait for a replacement to come...ON MONDAY! The family practically went ape shit. So, then we had to travel back and forth between the local shopping malls to find a kiosk that had the same modem as ours.
All in all, we found one, came home, nearly broke it again when I couldn't figure out how to set it up, got it set up, and was back on air! Oh, it was absolutely wonderful!
In other lame news, family went to the Rockies vs the Cubs game tonight. Cubs lost. I was sad. The end.
