Confessions of a Black Market Junkie
The other day I decided 'you know, I hate the April Fish Traits and will never ever put them on one of my ponies. Thus I do not want the drop down of 'ooooh, YOU GOTS TRAITS TO USE!' forever and ever, so I will hit the Black Market, get a throwaway water pony, staple them onto it, and then fling them back out into the world. It is worth almost 2k in fairy gold to not have these anymore.'
So I went to the Black Market (at about 4am, my time, so the pickings were actually fairly slim as it had just cleared for the day), and poked around.
On the first page of the BM, before I even got to sorting the ponies out by type, there was a wee little feline. A wee little feline that was BRIGHT PINK.
So, say hello to Bubasti, my spur of the moment 'awwww, so pink!' mare.
Okay! So...one spur of the moment pony, that's not too bad. I quick sort to the water ponies, and go scrolling through for an adult. Any adult. I don't care what they look like, for I'm not going to keep them. But, oh, wait...ooooh....

Okay, so, I decided that I needed to get off the Black Market before I bought the cute little bright green water pony, too. The Fish Traits will just have to stick around a little longer.
THE NEXT DAY I'm looking at my pony list and thinking that I haven't had a baby air pony in awhile. You see, I am currently breeding my mares ONCE and that's it (unless someone wants a baby, in which case, drop me a line and we'll see what we can do). So, if a mare has a baby stallion, on my end, that line is done. No more babies. And that's where I was on the Airs. All my girls had their kids, so no more Air babies for me.
....
Unless, you know, I hit the Black Market and got a new Air Mare (say that 5 times fast).

OH WAIT, you say. BUT MARS IS A BOY! THAT'S NOT VERY GOOD AT BEING A GIRL!

And then I fled the Black Market again.
TODAY, since I didn't have near enough new baby ponies, two of my mares had babies, so let's say 'welcome to the world' to:
Poseidon (the son of Triton [who I have always refered to as 'the creepy blood clot'] and Capricorn)
and
Gersemi (daughter of Sjofn and some STRANGER).
Hopefully, after this, I shouldn't be hitting up the Black Market anymore. I HOPE.
In other news, cause I know you aren't bored mindless yet, we have the ongoing adventures of 'hey, that family tree doesn't really branch...'
First, we have Bast.
And Etcetera
Bast had a wee baby with Lirren's Billi and we had Sekhmet.

Meanwhile Etcetera had a lovely baby with Lirren's Tomi, and we ended up with Palu.
Hello, Palu.
Now, as Sekhmet and Palu were both girls, that meant that they were going to end up having kids at some point. But who, oh who, to breed them with....
So, Sekhmet had a baby with Tomi.
Maahes, who is all grown up today!
And Palu had a wee baby with Billi.

The new babies are boys, so no more weaving the tree for me. Sigh.
So, there you have it! A whole lot of insanity for no good reason other than that I felt like it. :D.
