Hakuouki Reimeiroku: Illness in Summer
From the tokuten disk for buying all 6 Reimeiroku BDs/DVDs.
I subbed this because it's not likely for any sub group to do it. :D

Personal comments
1. Ryunosuke used the proverb "Oni no kakuran" (鬼の霍乱) since Hijikata is "oni". XD
Ryu did shopping for Saitou so Saitou can rest, fixed Souji's porridge to save Hijikata's tongue, helped Heisuke pass the letter (although that didn't succeed), and made ginger sake for Saitou and Serizawa. All these without anyone making him to do so. He's such a good-natured and thoughtful lad.
2. I bet when Sano said "it's not effective", he didn't mean "not effective for cold, but good for injuries". He just didn't want to argue with Saitou in the streets. :p
It's so sweet of Saitou to insist on running errands for Hijikata while having a fever himself. What he bought, Kakkonto (葛根湯), is a Chinese herbal medicine. People say "for colds, there is nothing like Kakkonto." Nice choice.
Sano brought a good present too. Natsumikan was new technology, and quite expensive back in Edo Era.
3. The side dish Souji prepared was yellow pickled radish (沢庵), Hijikata's favorite food. Souji can be thoughtful when he wants to.
4. Fan service this episode: Sano's dazzling wink, Ryu's watery eyes, and Ryu & Heisuke whimpering like puppies... Kawaii! "They fight so much because they are so alike." Hey, same goes for Ryu & Heisuke too.
