Plush
Original price range: 1,260 (mini bear) ~ 3,150 Yen (Gift plush).
Plushies by
Gift 【薄桜鬼 ぬいぐるみシリーズ】
Height: about 20cm (sitting) ~ 30cm (standing)
Hakuoki Plush Series #1~6
First released in August 2010, re-released in August 2011.
These were sold in stores everywhere, including overseas-user-friendly websites like Amiami and Amazon.
This the only set of plushies which bootlegs exist. They're crazy expensive now. If you see one less than $50USD, that's fake.
Another hint is, there's no bootleg Okita. So if a seller has unlimited supply of 5 cheap ones, yet strangely misses Okita... You know what that means. ;)
Hakuoki Plush Series #7~10 - Rasetsu Ver. / Kazama Oni Ver.
Rasetsu version was released in December 2011, exclusive to Animate and Gift.
Kazama Oni version was in August 2011, not for sale. It's Animate's point exchange item. IIRC the point required to get him is takes 20,000 yen. (Of course people get those points through buying DVDs and stuff. But it's still a lot.) Online auctions is the only way to get it now.
Hakuoki Plush Series #11~17 - Casual Wear Ver.
Release in 2012 summer, exclusive to Animate only, which made these very difficult to get.
On Animate online stores, these were soldout even before the release date. Some Animate stores in rural area may have the last four. For the first three, try your luck on online auctions.
Hakuoki Plush Series #18~21 - Western Ver.
Hijikata & Okita were first released on 2013/11/2, in AGF convention. Later released in GIFT's online shop in December.
Saitou & Heisuke was first release on 2014/4/19, in Gift Plush Festival 3. Later released in GIFT's online shop in May, along with Sano and Kazama.
Shinsengumi uniform new ver. [TBA]

Hello Kitty Collaboration Plushies with
Sanrio Puroland

Manufactured by
Kotobukiya
Saitou & Okita were first released in January & March 2011, and then re-released along with Hijikata in June 2011.
Saitou's figure was soldout before the release date, and soon the price tripled on Yahoo Auctions, hence Saitou's is the only one with bootlegs. If you see one less than $90USD, that's fake.
Rasetsu version was released in August 2011 for Comiket, and available in mail order later.
Manufacturer unknown
First 4 were released in June, July, August, and October 2012.
Chizuru was released in May 2013. You can view her 360 degrees
