Aizawa Question

I'm a bit confused of Aizawa. How is he related to Himuro-sensei and Masuda-san?
I know he's an alumnus from Habataki Gakuen and that's it. Is he Himuro-sensei's student or kouhai?

It's not really explained (or I think I kinda skipped over his events ...)

The story that I got is that he graduated from Habataki Gakuen and he was supposedly in Himuro's class. When he was of age, he went drinking in Masuda-san's bar and bumped into Himuro there. From then on they all became Bar buddies ...
