update:
my lil' hell week is over. after working for UREC, Gideon Ridge, and sports info almost everyday this week, it's finally over. Each job is starting to provide a lil' wear and tear on me.
but first things first, we lost.
in the beginning it was nice to have subs. i wasn't used to that so i was glad to be able to stretch on the sideline. the hammy was all good during the first half. i think the teams were pretty evenly matched, although, we should've won. for some reason, despite our superior team quickness and athleticism, we just aint gettin' it done. i think our biggest problem is just missed opportunities. in monday's game, there were just so many almost interceptions, almost defensive stops, etc. and in thursday's game there were a couple drops and a couple horrible decisions by me. have i ever lost 2 games in a season? i dunno if i have. i'm gonna need stat boy to look that up for me.
injury update: i don't think i should've played. i had to jump in and play which was ok with me. i'd be stretching all day, every day since monday. it felt good and i didn't really have any problems the first half... then the second half came annnnnnd i started feelin it. but ofcourse, i wasn't gonna stop playing. one thing that did bug me was fantasy owners with me on their teams were probably disappointed because i had to play QB. but, your fantasy line up should look a lil' somethin like this:
QB- Donovan F'n McNabb
RB- Ladanian Tomlinson
RB/WR- Jeremy Singleton
WR- Steve Smith
WR- Terry Glenn
TE- Sebastian Tellez
K- John Kasay
D/Sp. Teams- Baltimore Ravens
DB- Mike DeMeo
DL- Ben Deming
DB/S- David Alfiero
new topic:
i made a lot of UREC money this week working basically erryday. always nice to make a lil' tax-free papah. did some work in blowing rock as well. that job is nice, but really annoying. there's just so much i have to remember and all the rich people kinda just get on my nerves. i just don't really like preparing shortbread cookies and crappy lil' sammiches wit olives and... stuff on 'em for afternoon tea. haha, i feel like a house slave there.
Mid terms are coming up and, i don't really feel like talking about that. this entry is long enough.
