I saw mewithoutYou last night. it was wonderful. A lot of acoustic and the venue is small and intimate. I loved it.
The drive didn't seem that long this time, Everytime I go to Birmingham I always dread the drive, but it felt as close as Huntsville this time.
There was a band there, Gasoline heart I think was the name. horrible. If I liked the 90s still and wanted to go to a show to see the Counting Crows then I would have enjoyed it. And his stories... UGH! Such a boring man. bahhhhh.
but it was wonderful. I got to spend a lot of time with Caleb. and I got to know Christy, alex's ladddy frannn, a loooot better. She's really sweet. and keeps alex in check. haha.
But I think I appreciate Florence a lot more. Birmingham is just too big for me. I prefer Florence. It's big, but not Biringham big. I'm content with that.
