when i was just a little younger
i colored outside the lines
i didnt want to be perfect
i didnt want to be the same

outside the lines was a
magical place belonging to
me and the others who understand
how life really is and
how it really is seen

outside the lines is an
adventurous place where nonfollowers
find mystery and in time
themselves

hours in front of a screen
seeing things hearing things
but not truly feeling things
get off your ass
and take a chance.
