Well, first I'll need to know about your current health. If you're not in good shape at the moment, then it would be best to wait a bit until you're healthy, otherwise it would delay the recovery process after removing the chip. I may have to give you a medical exam to make sure. I'll also need to know if you have any abilities that you would regain use of after the chip is removed.

As far as abilities... There's my water majutsu. Which means I can control water at will. It'd be best if I'm kept as far away from the lake as possible.

Ah, a bit of a warning. You'll get very sick after the chip is removed, but it'll only last about a day. And it will take some time for your abilities to be in full use; about a week or so to be exact.
