Watching (not watching) the US v.Mexico soccer game º^º

Ack! Mexico's national soccer team has been quite lackluster recently, and due to previous disappointing performances, it does not yet have a secure spot on the 2010 World Cup. Based on the teams we've faced, we should've accumulated a comfortable point lead towards qualification, but the team has been just so... off! Anyway, we're in the sad situation now where we have to play against the US national team with no secure point cushion.

The game is going on right now, but I'm too nervous to watch it. Every single approach to goal from either team gets me on edge, and I'm not really enjoying it. In previous soccer tournaments, I'd get this vibe sometimes that if I didn't watch the games, the team would do better; I'm not feeling that vibe right now, but I'm hoping some of that mojo helps the team somewhat. My dad and brother are watching the game downstairs, so I'll know how the game is going based on the hollering/clapping/groaning ^^;

Ah, now to find something to do ( since they're watching on the big screen TV and the Wii + Rockband 2 is currently attached to it :P )

ETA: Game's over. We suck.
