Kind of a blurry day
I think this has been the most anti-climactic Christmas ever. It doesn't really feel like it's the 24th. I'm tired of all the snow that's outside, so I've been mostly inside. Haven't really been to enough places for the festive atmosphere to get to me, and I only started playing Holiday music today. It's just my nuclear family, no need to drive around anywhere, and Christmas mass is tomorrow.
Now that I think about it, this is the second year in a row that my family didn't travel back home to Mexico for the Holidays. Not sure if it's quite that, but I do miss the Spanish Christmas carols, visiting relatives, and all that.
Maybe I'll feel more into it once I head downstairs for Christmas dinner, we put something good on the TV, and wait for midnight and Christmas Day to officially make show themselves...
Anyway, out with those meh-ish feelings. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Holidays to everyone!
