JYJ has filed a lawsuit in Japan against their management company AVEX Entertainment for interfering with their attempt to hold a charity concert.

avex u r way over the top to blocked a charity concert to help people in Japan, as in YOUR own people!!!
u suspense their activity, not letting them do anything, but still sell their products? they even never get the pay from all of those sales!!! Weknow the injuction by avex been dismised in SK and the court granted the boys to do their activities freely and sme cant even interfere, so how can avex (whose right over jyj came from their contract with sme for tvxq5) cant blocked their activities when sme cant even do it? and moreover, to blocked the event for helping Japan?
please, guys, before u saying anything, plese remember what cjes n zak (as they are the people who sue avex, not jyj) suing is the act of avex blocked the charity event. it isnt for the cancellation of the contract, so its different from the one with sme.
but i'm glad there's a petition to support the concert. its not only a matter of JYJ did it or any artist, but to blocked a charity, a humanity event to help people? what kind despicable attitude is that... how can legal rights n bussiness are more important than helping people.

btw, if u interested to sign the petition, its opened for international fans and there's a manual in english. the goal for 10.000 sign until may the 1st. so far we reach around 3000ish, so still need more. please spread the news...
