SM is just >.< I liked the questions the judge asked them.It was like they'd deny & after further questioning, it showed they were at fault...Its unfair how they try & bring another topic in just to brush off the fact that they havent brought any evidence. I hope that that somehow gives JYJ an upper hand.

Judge: Are the two members performing activities as TVXQ?
SM: In reality, they have not been able to do so.
Judge: Didn't the 2 members participate in overseas activities as TVXQ?
SM: That was their first official activity as TVXQ since this case began.
