What SM's rep lawyer said is like a passive threat. Also, when he said "and mature as a star who will lead the 2nd Hallyu Wave and his companion," he obviously wasn't trying to say it was a "misunderstanding." He was obviously indirectly saying that the three members were wrong for doing such thing.

They used Hollywood as a threat lol

Well, when you look at the sentence in full "two sides can have a better relationship and mature as a star who will lead the 2nd Hallyu Wave and his companion", I don't think he was saying the members are wrong. It's just a PR line of saying they'll all do better.

I think he was using Hollywood to show that SM has future plans for TVXQ so that the fans can stop worrying, not so much a threat ^^;;
