It would be appreciated if someone could tell our resident confused canine that it is not socially acceptable to lick a woman up the side of her face in a relatively public forum after sniffing at her perfume. And that, additionally, it is rude to cough in her face with a look of disgust. Perfume is not meant to taste good.

It is bad enough dealing with misplaced 'affection' from bona fide, furry, walking on four legs mutts that think you have their ball.
