extremely quick update...
We backed out of our condo. We sign termination papers tonight. Long story, I'll tell more later.
On the other side of that...we went and looked at houses yesterday and found THE ONE. We put an offer in ont it late last night and they have until 9pm tonight to accept. I'm trying not to get excited because of all of the let down's we've had in the past...but it's hard. This place is so adorable I can't stand it!
So basically, wish us luck cause today we find out if we're REALLY homeowners!
