(no subject)
Well my computer is FINALLY fixed. Thank you Nate. There were two weeks when the internet didn't work AND our cable didn't work either because someone ran over the cable box(again). I read a lot.
SOMEHOW - SOMEWAY I contracted a horrible cold so now my nose continually runs, my eyes are watery, and I have this relentless, dull headache. Besides that, I'm feeling awesome. I used some of Joya's nasal spray and let me tell you, that was an interesting experience.
I'm feeling extremely lethargic and slow.
Our house is being painted white with green shutters. The blue is gone :( So the guys painting our house covered all the windows with plastic and on the plastic on the big sliding glass door they painted a crucifix. Thank you hispanic painter men for showing your devotion to God on MY SLIDING GLASS DOOR WHICH I WILL HAVE TO LOOK AT EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU ARE DONE PAINTING MY HOUSE.
My brother caught this HUGE grasshopper and brought it inside. So of course it goes missing for a couple days and what happens when I wake up this morning? I find a mammoth of an insect perched on my pillow, 3 inches away from my face.
Today I found out my mom found a bunch of empty beer cans around my house from Saturday night. She has yet to mention it to me.
Yesterday Nate and I had to make brownies for the Senior Bake sale. We had a competition to see whose were better and OF COURSE mine required vegetable oil and his did not. We happened to be out of vegetable oil so I thought substituting olive oil was a pretty good idea. No. Not a good idea at all.
Alright well now I must go pick up Thomas and Rees from the bus stop.
