Time keeps on slipping...into the future...

So last semester I had one day a week off (which I spent working) and spent $30 in books (though I made up for it in printouts...I'm surprised CNS hasn't printed my face on their wall as a blacklist :P). This semester I have two days of class and 1 night class, but am spending closer to $200. (201.25 to be exact, and that's without my second-half class.) So I guess things evened out. And I'll probably be working a good chunk of those two days off anyway.

It doesn't appear that LaSalle has an application fee...things just keep getting sweeter with that school. :) And it doesn't appear that I have to worry about not having a house after all, as Dad will probably not be able to force us to sell it. Anyway. I am starting to accept that I will not be at Drew forever. By which I mean I have another 4 months before Drew is no longer a constant. And if I'm in PA or NY then chances are I will not be around all that much. Oh, I know, you're all SO heartbroken. :P Well I shouldn't say "start" I suppose because there were moments last semester when the end couldn't come fast enough. But that's neither here nor there. So I'm just going to make this a good damn semester, go out on a high note. Cut out all the dramatic elements and really get to the juice. That's the plan. *knock on wood*

I think sometime this week I am going to send out a notice about the first Improv meeting to the entire campus. While I love our group immensely, it would be interesting to see what new blood will bring. Headsup, the first Improv meeting isn't going to be all games but it's really important everyone show. Now that we're an official club Sara has a good point in that we should really go over the constitution so everyone's clear. Not word for word, mind you, though I am going to try to supply everyone with a copy. Just the basic rules. And the first or second week I want to get the club picture set up. Also, we're going to set show dates for the semester in the first week so there is ample preparation this time around. I'm shooting for three shows this semester - the normal two and an end of year which probably won't be the big fest I was hoping but will hopefully, pending agreement from Keith and Sara, include everyone from the club who wishes to participate. I know this will make for a longer show but I'd like to ad hoc for a budget so we can get snacks and what not to mix it up a little bit. I'm thinking ask Dan and Dan to do some stand up in between sets, as an example. Oh well, we'll see. Plus I am going to hunt for some new games. Oh twill be fun. PS, Steve, sorry I havent gotten in touch with you. I will.

Peace!
