Reports Of Suspicious Activities Fairs...
So I just filled out the form for DIPS to be in the Activities Fair, Friday September 9, 3:30-5:30. I couldn't list us as an ECAB club just yet because we still have to find an advisor, finalize the Constitution (after all the effort I put on that before I've sorta slacked these past weeks), etc.
However. We are now filled out for the Activities Fair, and I just have to deal with whatever other forms they throw at me (shouldnt be difficult). I also asked for 10 minutes on the stage. Which means if we get it, some lucky improvisers are going to get to perform three or four games at the Activities Fair. Which ALSO would mean that Keith, you and I both need to be there, in order for one to host and the other to table (we should both be tabling for at least a little bit ANYWAY which I trust you'll do :)). I've already made a sign-up sheet (and people who arent exec board - in other words everyone but Keith and Sara - need to sign it again, or just tell me that you're definitely in and I'll just type you in and save you the trouble) and Zach found this great site How To Be A Better Improviser so I might print copies out and have that at our table.
In other news, I'm a little worried; the Foo/Weezer tour has not released any dates in the Northeast yet. They SAID they were doing a New York show, but there's no evidence of this yet. Maybe it'll come out soon. I'm a little disappointed as it sounds Kaiser Chiefs may not join them if this date is in October (they're doing a UK tour) but it will still be a good show. IF We can see it. Ah well. We shall see.
Edit: I'm just going to go ahead and fill in Andrea, Stephanie, and Zach. I would fill in Bald, Elaine, and Laura at this juncture but I'm not sure if you want to commit or if you're not sure about if other priorities will interfere with you being active members. (Work, IVCF, Pagan Society, etc)
Edit Part 2: Maybe I should have made this clear. By sign-up I mean for the active roster list that I will be handing to ECAB. Not for the fair itself.
