Pleasent things first~ Photos: expect them tomorrow. Since we might have our tea party then. I hope we do atleast.
This weekend we all went to see a movie, Paul, Mo, and Tess went to see that car movie with Lindsay whatever her name is, and I split up and went to see Madagascar. I hate Lindsay, and as much as I loved Herbie when I was little, I lost all interests in it now. Plus I've been wanting to see Madagascar, and when we're like "lets go see a movie" and I say "Madagascar!" people act as if the didn't hear me. After the movies, I went to Pauls house with Mo and his brother. They got picked up first, and my dad was being lazy, and said he's pick me up after his movie was over. =__=; I saw house of wax at Paul's house, his mom and her sisters were watching it. Their so funny. We all made fun of a few of the characters. Then I went home. Whee~
Now the annoying part. As happy as I am that I finished my models for the "Strut to the top" contest my friends thought of. This week went horribly wrong. Someone made a chat room, and we all went in to discuss everything. Mo's friend Obed, was pretty much taking charge of the whole thing- there are 4 (well now only 3) judges, so he had no right to do that. He really liked his idea so he kept pitching it over and over at us. Well, after getting tired of having it hit me, I started to loose all interest in it. He had like no knowledge about them to begin with. I have to read a story with them in it for a class for next year, and I have to basically learn about them, just like I had with the greek gods and goddess and such. (In america, or in the county I live in, we HAVE to learn about greek mythology. What we learn is very little though.) So Obed was copying and pasting from this site he found, and everyone is like "UUH AAH he must know everything~!" I was like "w/t =__=" I kept silent since I'm only 2 models, not a 'all mighty judge'. Me and Paul in our own IM window talked about how the 9 muses was a cute idea, but it's like copying something. We're already doing the 7 deadly sins which was already done. So it's getting old, and fast. Sarah joined the chatroom. She knew nothing that was going on, so she asked questions. I wasn't paying any attention to the chat cause Yui came online, and I was getting ready to leave. When I came back, she got into a quarll with Obed. No one was answering her questions, and he 'thought' he answered them (which he didn't) and Mo was randomly talking. So I just told everyone to shut up and I answered Sarah's questions to the best of my ability,and she was pleased. Then we started talking about themes for this week, because I made it clear we want more of a choice, not just what one judge said. Sarah didn't understand if the models kept their current outfit or whatever so Mo tried to explain it to her. She didn't understand so I said it in simplest of terms and she got it, and said thanks to only me. Mo was like "your welcome too sarah". Then Gaye came on, and he was explaning things to her, everyone was saying hi, greetings were over, and Mo started explaning to her, but in the middle of it, he's like "*winks at Gaye*" and me and sarah were already annoyed because everything was going to slow, so I said "Can we please stay on topic." and he said "Rod, be quite." I remember it being "be quite" because I would have torn him a new a-hole if he would have told me to 'shut up'. After that Obed was just being a total loser, and kept pitching his muse idea again. Gaye was pitching alot of good ideas, but it was like thorwing stones in water. They were there, but they sunk to the bottom of the river, and fast, may I add. Sarah came up with a theme, it was explained, BUT the models were whining about it being too hard...
Reason for this competition was to have challenges... Keep that in mind.
So Obed said to start off easy and then make the themes thougher... Well, when you enter a compitition, you enter it because you have talent, and your talent (in your mind) is good enough to win. BUT everyone was like "NO you start off easy and work you way up" but HELLO if you start off easy, what's the point of that challenge if it's not even going to be worth the time of day to work on it?! Tess didn't agree with me, so she IMed outside the chatroom (well we had a IM window opened, she just continued out conversation there) which I have to say, I'm happy she did that. Everyone talking in that room was insane, so someone atleast had the brains to take it outside. Though me and her were on uneven grounds about the subject, I'm happy with her about that. Now I'm still wondering WTF is gonna happen, because if this is going to be easy little baby steps, I'm gonna drop out. I joined because I wanted challenges. If their going to give me "draw little cute muses based of this ONE PERSON, RIGHT HERE!" then there's no point to it. Gaye's ideas were nice- Alice in wounderland, there are many ways to go with that, cute and cuddle, evil and twisted, curves and curles, and so on. The 4 seasons for when we have 4 models left, that one is great, fall-winter-spring-summer, day or night, the colour schemes, animals, plants everything will differ. Sarah's idea was street fasion, street signs which greatly varies, to roads, and everything.
So after another fight, everyone started pitching idea, some swim wear to ugly animals, i think I even saw MoMo talk about a moose, but whatever. Paul said the models should leave the chatroom. I agreed, we left, the judges stayed, and Sarah quit being a judge because she was stressed out about alot of things and Obed's thichheadedness wasn't helping her. He then gave her some... adivce... I hope she she beats him up one day. <3333
So me and Sarah were talking and I'm like, out off all the active people in there, I'm starting to think Jeshi's the best person to hang out with from now on, and Sarah agreed, which is HUGE because she hates poor Jeshi's guts.
Well that was what I had to get off my chest. Byebye everyone~
