I had a really lovely time yesterday with my very lovely friend Ben.
Saw my first ever Bond flick, liked it much more than I expected to.
Got the X-Mas shopping done for the in-law nieces and nephews today; wrapped and everything.
Yay me.
I talked to Mari on the phone Friday. She said to me the most meaningful words anyone has said to me in a very long time.
"We may be a little lonely, but we're not alone."
It meant a lot to me.
I've decided I'm done trying to be with people who don't want to be with me, in every aspect of my life. Because dammit, life is too short.
Possible family party next Saturday. My second cousin's fiancée just broke their engagement; maybe I can help her as I have been helped.
I miss my cat. Very very much.
