Pokemon is just getting worse and worse with names and game mechanics. I didn't even finish Soul Silver :\

Are you sure? Dude, the new game mechanics are WAY, WAYYYYY BETTER then the old ones. If anything, HeartGold/SoulSilver is the best version out so far. You should finish it. There's absolutely no reason NOT to. It's not even that hard. (minus Red at the end. Fuuuuhuuuck that ( ... )

I saw the new Pokemon as well, and they look cool, but I dunno. It's so repetitive that I cannot bring myself to finish SS. I might get B&W, but I probably won't finish it.

I just... need something new y'know?

Most RPG games are super grindy like that. If you don't like grindan, the Ace Attorney games are pretty damn good (and no I'm not recommending that just because I got into Phoenix Wright REALLY hardcore). Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes (if you don't have that already) is a fun game, and I don't mind replaying stages because I like unlocking things.

I don't know if Ghost Trick is out or not already, but it's supposed to be awesome. The Professor Layton series are pretty good as well. If your attention span is as bad as mine, there's always fighting games!

Lol, sorry, but I'm already into the games you mentioned, haha. Got into Ace Attorney when it first came out, got into SB when it first came out and played the trial version of Ghost Trick and got into it :\

er...Tatsunoko VS Capcom? Donkey Kong Country Returns? Professor Layton? Cave Story? Sin and Punishment 2?

Shin Megami Tensei's RPG series are pretty good, and they don't feel repetitive at all. The Persona spin-off series are really popular, but in my opinion only Personas 1 + 2 were good. 3 and 4 are popular, though. I'm going to suggest Kuzunoha Raidoh and Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne as well.

My friends are actually really into Persona. I dunno, I should give it a try, but I don't money for it. Right now, I'm just gonna replay AAI xD
