Can you feel my frustration right now? lol. This drawing sucks, but it's how I feel when trying to communicate with this one department at work. It's like talking to a wall. ANSWER YOUR FRIKKIN' EMAILS! PICK UP YOUR PHONES!! Agh!!
Anyway, I received some questions from
thegoinbetweens and if you want me to give you 7 questions as well, comment with 'Ask Me!'
1. Have you just traveled to 2 countries or more than 2? Which ones did you visit?
More!
I have a map! :D At current count, it's at... 16 countries! Though most of that is courtesy of my dad's old job, which had him uprooting the family to wherever he was stationed at the time.
As a breakdown, it's: UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Iran, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Phillipines, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand.
2. What is your favorite character in any book that you have read and why?
Oh my goooooshh... *panic*!!! Off the top of my head... DEATH from Terry Pratchett's Discworld Series. I wish I can write an in-depth character meta analysis but I just think he's cool, man.
3. In your spare time, what is your favorite thing to do?
Eat. Sleep. Read. Dream.
4. If you could change lives with one person, no matter who, who would it be and why?
Hmm, I don't know really. I don't think there's a person I've gone and went, 'I REALLY WANT TO BE YOU!!'. Admired, perhaps. Instead of someone specific, I think I'd like to try out a day as a guy, see how that side lives. Do a bit of... wiggling... :P
5. Out of the countries that you have been to, what is the most memorable experience that you have had in either one?
I have never been really good with memories, which is why I love taking pictures and making videos so I can relive it and go, 'oh yeah, that happened'. Best, happiest, most... I could never really conjure up those type of memories.
But little memories. In Egypt, the confusion when the cinema stops the movie right in the middle of it, then realising it was to give the audience a little break to go to the toilet etc (which is nice of them, I suppose). Being asked to stand beside a lone stove/oven in a square in Netherlands and look excitedly at it while someone takes pictures (still have no idea what it was for).
And etc, etc...
6. Are you afraid of getting older or excited for the future? Why or why not?
Honestly, I have aspirations - and that is of being that grandma who embarasses all her family members and gets away with things because she's a sweet little old lady~ *0*
My future feels so blank. Right now I feel like I can still be whatever I want. Which makes me feel a little lost, but also like my life is open to anything.
I'm not really afraid of getting older. It doesn't really feel that way, anyway. Watch cartoons, draw on your face, dress up as a princess - what's really to stop you from doing these things now than during your childhood?
7. What is your ideal career and future?
I really want to own a bookstore, though I know I'm wearing rose-tinted glasses about the whole deal. I also wish I can live and work in a foreign country for a few years.
I don't really have anything planned out. Definitely not a career. I believe I've mentioned this before; with the one life I have, I really don't want to spend it being good at just one thing. I'd rather have many different jobs in my lifetime. I want to experience it.
