I got a nice little boost yesterday while at work: the costume designer for Les MIs is also the Production Manager at Arkansas Rep and he asked me what I was doing after my time at PT, I said that I didn't know yet. And he told me that if I wanted they would have a couple of ASM positions for me for next season- including the opportunity to get my equity card.
We'll probably chat a little more before he leaves and I will definitely get his contact info. While I don't know if Little Rock, Arkansas is where I want to live, a job is a job.
It was definitely nice to get a little recognition.
It is something to think about. Who knows, maybe I'll spend part of next season in Arkansas?
