Last minute
So not too much has been up, here's what did go down tho.
July 3rd ended up visiting the Week's house and seeing a bunch of people from church. Then we went to the fireworks in Brockton which were pretty cool. Glad I didn't have to work or anything cuz that woulda sucked.
The 4th wasn't looking too good to start but ended up being WICKED fun. Pretty much all plans fell through and I was pretty close to bein a loser and watching fireworks on TV or something like that. At the last minute though I get an IM from Bob's girlfriend Lauren saying to drop by the Plymouth fireworks with her and a bunch of her friends. That started the fun, I got ready and headed down to Plymouth but for some reason ended up taking 27 all the way there. It was late and I ended up driving around to find a parking spot. After a bunch of ideas from Lauren I ended up getting creative and found a spot about a 10 minute walk from the waterfront. I got there too late to see them before the fireworks, but I guess I showed up in time to see the finale which is all I saw so to me they were awesome! It felt funny that I watched the finale through the same trees that I watched the sun rise from a week before. Same spot, kinda funny how that works. This time though the spot was packed with people and police. Lauren's friends were pretty cool too except some of them seemed kinda shy to the new guy. Oh well, lot of fun anyways.
Besides walking through the crowd alone on the way to meet them it was all fun from there. I met up with them and talked to some of her friends for a bit. It was the end of the night for most of them so me and Lauren tried to find someplace still open but ended up chillin out back at her house watching soccer with her dad and then some Cosby show. Ended up having a cool heart to heart lol.
Even better is that plans are now set to have me follow her down to Truro to visit Bob!!! It's a secret to him, I can only stay that night because I gotta be back by Friday afternoon. But it's gonna be so much fun! Seriously I haven't hung out with this kid in too long.
