Happy New year and much more to say. I guess

So its 2005, been busy as can be, got a private dinner gig today, and worked it, was an easy spot of good cash, which is going right in the bank, I dont know when my first paycheck from Mas is.

Other than that, school is ok, but I am afraid of losing focus, I am so tired of screaming french chef's its unreal. The funny part is I am just tuning it out, there are 5 people in my group, but it seems I catch the most heat.

Oh well, its a learning experience right???

Other than school, life is pretty chill, just been trying to spend time with the family, get back to working out more, and not stressing about my final exam.

I dont have much to complain about right now, just looking forward to the next step in life....

New Years was mellow. Worked at Mas for an amazing tasting menu including

kumomoto oysters with rose champagne gelee`, cucumber and breakfast radish mignonette

Venison saddle wrapped in swiss chard with beet sauce and cauliflower puree

Pretty badass stuff, opened a chateau pichon loungeville 82 bordeaux and got sloshed on my share of a pitcher of cosmopolitan's the servers brought us. We also got to run around the resturaunt at midnight banging pots.

Good times.

Going to bed soon.
