Well, one thing I know is that they don't seem to like me as much this year as they did last year, but that might be a function of me having aimed for higher schools (the UCLA-tier schools I applied to last year turned me down right quick)... I figured I could count on Davis and CUNY as safeties and didn't apply to many in that tier. I was, semi-fortunately, half-right vis a vis safety status. There's an off chance I've still got a chance at CUNY (possibly waitlisted?), but, yeah. I'm sort of paranoid that I've finally hit enough Different Things Done to be indelibly branded as a dilettante... will be quite happy should I get good news from a non-Davis school.

Really, really wish I had been a bit less mentally ill vis a vis my dithering at NYU last year...
