(no subject)
I just spent my entire day in the Engineering Library, and it was awesome. For various reasons there was absolutely nothing I could do in the lab today, so I decided I would finally see what it was like to look through scientific journals instead of just pulling articles off of web searches. It was great actually seeing articles that dealt with other areas. Kind of reminded me of what the big picture is. Now I just have to figure out where I fit into it.
As I walked home through the rain there was a fireworks show in the distance straight in front of me. Somehow, everything just felt right.
By the way, I am such a dork. I spent the day hanging out in an ENGINEERING LIBRARY reading JOURNALS because I felt like it. Uggg...
