trot has a grade 2 strain in his bicep. (3 weeks out. could be worse except it bodes badly for his free-agency post-this season.)

for the record, i really strongly dislike the following red sox as i feel they are unskilled and/or useless bums:
- doug mirabelli (couldnt catch a pizza if you threw it from 2 feet away)
- "fuckin, tavarez" as my brother would say ...guy just sucks.
- wily mo pena. or as i like to shout: WILY MO GOT TO GO.
