puppy go for a walk?

I recently read that walking briskly for about 20 minutes a day can be a powerful weapon in the fight against depression symptoms. This evening, I gave it a shot when I was feeling especially down and I am happy to report that it completely snapped out of it. I now feel like I can actually get to work (YAY passing law school!). I wonder how this works? Perhaps it may have something to do with the endorphins that your body creates as you exercise. I guess its just another reason to get out there and exercise.
