First Layout + Promotion Banners

So here it is, the first real layout of
todays_crime.
The header image features Vivica A. Fox and Caterina Scorsone from MISSING.
Layout overrides by
mirrormasks.

I will try to change the header every month, so there will be different headers with different shows on it.

And we need members, that's why I made some promotion banners you can find behind the cut.

Save them to your own server and put them into your profile or wherever you want. =)
