(no subject)
The past 24 hours have looked something like this:
Went to a Glee Club concert in Phoenix
Went to a Glee Club after party with about half of the Glee Club (that I was just meeting for the first time).
Stayed sober, while everyone there got wasted. (i was going to drive home)
Decided to sneak out onto the golf course and run around in my skivvies with everyone else. (i'm still sober)
Followed suit when someone got the BRIGHT idea to go swimming in the pond of said golf course. Butt-ass naked. (still completely sober)
Stepped on some sharp object in the bottom of the pond. Got infected.
Got out and rolled around on the grass with some of the Glee Clubbers. Still butt-ass naked.
Went back and showered with a bunch of wasted girls.
Had my first glass of wine, ever.
Spent the night, but managed to only get about 2 solid hours of sleep.
Woke up hella early.
Showered (again, but this time by myself) and met up with my oldest family friends.
Laughed a lot.
Met Q (plays for the Phoenix Suns, engaged to Brandy).
Toured his new house. Very impressive.
Almost passed out because of the heat.
Realized how lucky I am to not live in said heat.
Realized how lucky I am in general.
Felt good. Really good.
Whew. Summertime is busy.
i probably have more to write, but i'm pooped. i'm out.
