“I had, over my chest, a small sign that read: “Closed for Demolition”. And here I am because of you, painting the walls and opening the windows.”
- Carlos Pellicer

This was on a Vaniku journal but I love it so much! ;A;

Last night while going through Tumblr, I stumbled onto someone who makes the cutest little plushes! Their prices were pretty decent and their style is so cute! I really don't have the money for any more commissions but I figured he might be a good traveling buddy since my Avatar Mascot plush wasn't. I asked her for a quote and she sent me a sketch of the plush concept

It's Ventus! ♥ He's such a cutie pie! I cannot wait to get him!

So to the trip!
I again had to wake up at some crazy ass time in the morning on Friday so I didn't have much time to heal up from all the CENTRAL PARK WALKING.
We left and stopped for breakfast. I really don't like eating so early in the morning because I'm never hungry and I feel sick if I eat too much so I had one and a half slices of french toast and three links of sausage with chocolate milk. After that, we headed out to Maine in which I snuggled up to my mom's Hello Kitty blanket and slept until we got to Ogunquit. I was doused with sun screen because my skin is so fair and I got sunburn while in NYC. We walked the mile marginal way.

And that is where my journey began~
WARNING: VERY IMAGE HEAVY!

It was still early in the morning so it was pretty foggy. It's been a long time since I went to the ocean. I've never been to Maine but the first and last time I saw the ocean was in Atlantic City quite a few years ago.

There is this gigantic house on the cliff that I guess has been under construction for two years. Its MASSIVE! I hope it's a bed and breakfast!

The fog started to lift while we were walking the trail. :3

I have no idea if these rocks are glued together???

This is like, the nicest picture I took and my mom's butt got in the way while she was looking for shells. u.u; All during the NYC trip, I had to keep telling her to get out of the way so I could take pictures.

Here is a closer picture of the crazy huge house.

After that, we headed towards the actual ocean to look for shells.

Some cool design in the sand

OH! Maggio decided to play in the seaweed!

Maggio under a shell

Maggio chilling on the shells I found.
I happened to find a crab skeleton too! 8D

It was too windy to sit on the beach so we sat behind it. :P

After that, it really went down hill. I ate some treats my mom brought, including some steak tips she made. The last time she make steak, I got really sick.... well.... I got sick again on these. :/

We left to go to Wells to look for more shells.

After that, we went to some place to eat and I had mozzarella sticks because I wanted to save room for my claim strips.

We drove around and looked at Well's boardwalk and all that jazz. We eventually went to where we were going to eat dinner and I really shouldn't have eaten anything because that steak was really making me sick. But I ate my stripped clams anyway and drank a large coke, hoping it would setting my tummy.

My mom fell asleep on the way home and she got all stupid when we stopped for ice cream because she's lactose intolerant. So I ate ice cream, even though I was ready to throw up, and we went home.
I went right to bed because I was so sick and spent the rest of the night throwing up. ;A; So on Sunday, I was feeling better.... except I got another cold. @~@; FML
