Let Me Sleeeeep!
Yesterday I went and saw How to Train Your Dragon with Caitlin! It was in 3D and it was pure amazing. Hiccup is also the best character name ever. Most of the names in the movie I liked actually. And Toothless! He was so cute! Awww, he's so cool too. And I just realized that both had replacements by the end of the movie. Hmm, that annoyed me though. :C
So later I got some progress on my art. I'm sitting by the stuff right now actually, trying not to fall asleep. But I'm working on the finishing comic to the camping series. The back to the apartment one. So far so good there. I also fixed and inked the robot girl. I added hands with fingers, which turned out to be pretty decent. I don't know if I will colour her or not, but I've been playing with the copic markers on that paper, since it's blue. /Nod nod/ But the people traversing about the house the last two days seem to like my robot and my mom even opened the shower curtain while I was showering to ask me if I drew it. She was carrying it around with her. I guess she didn't know that I draw things other than my chibi style, or whatever you want to call it. I don't know what it is yet. /Shrug/ I also want to do a better version of the mermaid in my sketchbook. I picture her green, but I don't know if it's because of Emmy's monster woman or not. It probably is. I dunno. I decided to put old artwork in my portfolio as a progression thing. I've got stuff as far back as '07 and that's it. I need to draw some men though. Maybe I'll do a new version of the bear guy? Oh man, I just don't know.
And finally my Dad, Juliet, Charlie, Julia, Nick, Steffani, and I went to the Lake Grove diner. My uncle was also there with a date and we were all hoping it wasn't a first date and the woman was thinking "Geez, I've only just met the guy and he's already introducing his brother and his nieces and nephews? What a creep." Let's hope we didn't screw up his date. Ha ha. Anyway, food was good and I liked that we got a round table because we could all see each other. I said that though and charlie said "What are you, King Arthur?" which made me giggle and think of Merlin. Love it.
Speaking of, I'm loving being able to watch it on SYFY now. Looks so much better on TV, no joke. And I have an actor crush on Bradley James now. So good. C:

P.S. And now speaking of sleep, I'm going to bitch about people waking me up and such. Okay, here goes. My normal hours of waking and sleeping are like this: Wake at 2pm, sleep at 5am due to work right? I know everyone in my house understands that, but at the same time they'll try to wake me up at 1pm or 12pm or tell me to go to bed early, as in their version of early. It's terribly annoying. Haaa. I can't wait to get a normal sleeping routine. only 5ish moe weeks. Woo.
