Hey, who wants to make me food?
So. I'm back! I was in the mountains for the last week with my family and my mom's friend's family. We've been going on vacation with them for like...four or five years now. Normally we go camping but this year we rented out a house! It was great. The living room had really big windows that showed off the mountains around, and it was cool. Like I said last night that, I will try to get pictures up here, but I have to wait until everyone puts their pictures on the computer. So, that may take a bit of time. Lets see though. I'll try to highlight all the good stuff. For future reference we stayed with:
The Wrights: Jeff and Amy and their kids Matt(15), Jamie(13), and Sean(11).
The Melillos: Marc and Louise, Nick(19), Charlie(18), Me(16), Juliet(13). Along with that was Julia(18) my brother's GF.
Well, when we were driving there, (6 Hour Drive) the directions we had gotten were really bad! Ha ha, so along with the on and off rain we were driving around and stopping every feww miles to A.) Let Jeff change into/out of his rain gear because he was on his motorcycle, and B.) try and figure out where the hell we were! Right before we got there though, we were sitting in the car right down the road not too far from the house and my mom was convinced that the house didn't exist and that we were scammed! Which was really funny.
The house was filled with ALOT of noise all week. This was due to all the complaining going on about alot of different things. Also, Jesse, (the one of Amy and Jeff's dogs) decided to bark and Nick whenever he saw him. That was funny at first, but then it was just sucky. Lastly there was noise from the television and the IHome which was either playing country music, or songs like Barbie Girl, that last part was due to Jamie, who made up a stupid dance with my sister to go along with it. They played it like fourteen times! And I couldn't even escape it by putting my Zune on and sitting on the deck! I almost jumped off the side of the mountain! (Not that I could do that, there wasn't and cliffs around.=D)
My brother Nick decided that he wanted a mohawk somewhere duing the week. And just so you know. That boy can't pull that shit off. We figured he would cut it off soon after he got it, but no, he still has it. We also figured that he would take the hint that not ten minutes after getting it some of the local girls were laughing at him, and that it meant it looked stupid, but no, he still kept it.
So on friday we went to Lake George, which is like Port Jeff, only more touristy, and around a lake. It's also more nice that PJ and there is alot of things you can do on the lake. I was also there two years ago and we went on a steam powered ship called the Minnie Ha Ha, which we saw again on friday coming back from one of it's trip. While I was there I got two super awesome, super cute little stuffed toys! From Little Uglys UglyDoll I got a little creature called UglyDog, which is freakin' cool.

One really good moment in Lake George was when we were passing a Tatoo place and Jeff asked "Who wants a Tatoo!?" and me and my sister raised are hands and I said "Yeah! I wanna get a biker skull right on my nipple!" and everyone got a laugh outta that! I didn't even mean to say that, but it worked out in my favor I guess! XD Also, I got to try Bubble Tea while I was there. I should have picked different flavor though. Leeche was too sweet. Oh well. Lastly I got some stuff to bring back to Padfoot and Prongs. Even though Prongsie is still in Virginia, I will get it to her when she gets back. =D
Hmm. Well. I got some drawing and reading done while there. I fixed up a sketch of a Geisha women I had drawn a while ago, and it looks sooo much better. I also added/fixed another sketch which is just of a random woman, and to one I added a tele chest. =D Finally, I drew most of a really nice mermaid, one without those dumb shells bras. What do they need those for? I also got to do a shitty watercolour of the veiw. Oh, I also did a weird crap sketch of Medusa, because sean asked me, and a little doodle sketch in this sketch book that the owner left in the house for guests to leave drawings and stuff in. As for reading I finally got that chapter in the book I'm reading done. Each chapeter is a different story so...
The town we were staying was really small! I mean tiny. The stores were all open at weird. Like from 5pm-8pm, things weren't open on certain days, it was madness! Ha ha. The place we were staying at was called the Indian Ridge Chalet BTW. It was cool. Lots of rooms and awesome veiw..and creepy downstairs. =D. It was on four acres too. So it was a big amount of land! There was lots of lakes and stuff around too so we went swimming in a couple of them and went kyaking on the lake near us aswell. My father and I went out together after I got really pissed. I was pissed because my Mom, Amy, Jamie, Juliet, and I all went down to the lake while Jeff, Dad, Sean, Matt went down the road a bit to fish. So when we got there the set everything up to sit on the beach, and then they all basically left. I was sitting there for probably two hours by myself. That's when I fixed up my sketches and stuff, so I was occupied for a little while, but it really sucked sitting in the hot sun for two hours without my bathing suit. I didn't bring that because I thought I would sit out and talk with everyone and get some reading and drawing done when they were in the water. So when they came back and I looked all pissy my mom asked why I looked annoyed and I told her, so my dad took me on a walk to go see this really nice waterfall and then we went out on the lake. My Mom wound up saying she was sorry for it, but it still really sucked. It was funny though when we were on the lake and I said to my dad that I had forgotten how much I hated large bodies of open water and that I hadn't rememberd that until I was out in the middle of it. XD. It was dumb. But it didn't matter. It was really beautiful out there, quiet and nice and breezy. However, I did get a hell of a sun burn from sitting out there. Which I still hav on the top of my arms, but every other burn is gone now. So I'm not a ghost anymore, how about that! I went there aain yesterday and swan in the lake, again I was really creeped out about being in an open body of water with the floor twelve feet below me, but I swam anyway. Don't let your fears get in the way of shit! Roar! Oh, and while my sister was swiming in the river that the lake went out to my sister got a hicky from a leech! XD My dad and I heared them from out in the lake too I was like "Do you hear screaming?" =D
Ahh, yeah I think that's it for the trip.
As for today, I really don't see myself doing anything today. I think some time this week I'm supposed to be going to see a movie with people, but we'll see how things go. Plans change and stuff, so...yeah. Hmm.
