So Here's the Story...

...I went ona date. I know I promised to write this journal a while ago, but I kept getting distracted. I'll start from the beggining then, yeah?

Well, it was one of the last days left of work and a student who I sometimes talk to, Gus, came by when I had just gotten in. He came though the line and left and I went and finished covering the other cashiers break and moved to my register. He came a second time, but to my register with a tiny cup of yogurt. But instead of paying then leaving, he stayed for a while to chat which ended in him asking me out to a movie. Fastforward to the next day and we went to see Due Date and lingered a bit at the resturant near the theater. It was nice but it had some big issues. The biggest would be that he's ten years older than me. So, you can see where that wouldn't work. On top of that we have nothing in common. So, if he asks again I'll have to politely decline somehow. Anyway, that's the abridged version of the date. Feel free to weasel some other things out of me if you want.

Moving on! Yay break! My last day of work was the Sunday before Christmas! I've got off until the 26th or 28th and I'm happy with that. Christmas Eve was just like always, very crazy and lots of food. Christmas day was at my house and consisted of mostly food some video games, and lots of talk about trading DVDs. So far I gave Alla's aunt Holly series one of Merlin and two Eddie Izzard DVDs. She gave me season one of Supernatural and the second half of the first season of Glee. And my Aunt Lillian is handing over the newest season of Doctor Who when she is finished watching it, because she got it for Christmas. In other series news, I bought my Mom True Blood's first season. I didn't think of it, but I should have bought her a bottle of the stuff to put in the bag with the set. She got one from her friend anyway. Also, Holly gave Merlin to her friend after asking me if it was alright because she was telling about how awesome it was, obviously, and the friend said "I have to see this". XD I just had to spread the love y'know? Holly says she's a Colin fan. <3

So yeah, I've started watching Supernatural and I'm digging it so far. Only it does freak me out a bit from time to time and I'll be creeping around the house late at night because I don't like how the shadows look. XD It's silly, but it's kind of spooky in this house sometimes with the door downstairs moving about on it's own. :\

Oh hey, did I mention that I have a cat? Well, it's not actually mine, but she's been here for the last few weeks. Her name is Miley and she's real sweet. She's got her moments, but she's mostly very nice. I do have a couple scratches here or there, but it's nothing I didn't deserve. XD She's one of the two temporary occupants in the house now. The other being her Mommy, Julia. She's staying with us while they move into a new house. They felt like they couldn't live in the house anymore after her Dad died, so they've been split up between Julia's brother's house and ours. Luckily, her brother and his family live a few blocks down from ours, so they're all close.

Um, I think I'll end this terribly long thing now. I'll post anything I missed separately if I need.

G'night. C:

P.S. Lol, my brother just keeps watching videos of people talking about their guns. Pffft.

P.P.S. Unspell checked. :DDDD
