Huh. So after 8 years, the free webhost I was using for my LJ stuff finally died. Oh well, my layout was horribly outdated anyways, though I thought I did a decent job back in that prehistoric, pre-Youtube, pre-high-speed-everything era. So I'm using one of the default ones now. Maybe it's time for me to find some new icons too...
I've been thinking about getting a Twitter lately, especially since I ordered a Droid X. Someone should stop me before it's too late!
I'm a little pissed at Motorola for using e-Fuse technology in the Droid X and kinda wish I had done a _little_ more research before choosing the Droid X over the Droid 2 and HTC Incredible. At least now I know that Android != completely open, although it's still tends to be far more open than Apple stuff. Didn't someone once say there are no good companies, only lesser shades of gray? Ah well... here's hoping hackers manage to bypass the protection. Some progress is being made already, from what I hear. I hate it when companies lock down hardware.
Speaking of unlocking hardware, the PS3's been unlocked recently! All I can say is: finally! I'm really looking forward to seeing the PS3 homebrew scene, especially since the recent asshole move that Sony pulled when they yanked OtherOS support.
