I apologize for my absence in the 5th Division as well as via Konisshimou lately, but I would wish to inform everyone that I will be in the office for regular hours starting tomorrow morning at 8am, just as I have been for the past two years. If anyone needs me, please don't hesitate to stop by or send a message

Is that so? I'm surprised he didn't go back to his old Division. Had a falling out?
Send my condolences to Izuru if Otoribashi-san decides he wants to be part of the 3rd again~
But no I don't think that's wrong at all. They are kind of freaks of nature, aren't they?

I'm really not sure if anything happened between he and Hisagi-sempai. I honestly thought that he would go back to the 9th Division, but apparently Abarai-kun gave him an invite to the 5th. Not sure why but... that's that.
Otoribashi-san? I don't believe I have met him. Is there something I should warn Kira-kun of?
It just doesn't make sense to why they are being accepted so quickly. I mean, the shinigami are so against the arrancar, who are part hollow... so why doesn't that attitude stick with the Vaizard as well? I think that is why I am so confused.

Hmmm, interesting~
If Izuru hated me as a Captain, he'll decide he misses me after spending a few hours with Otoribashi-san~~
Perhaps it has to do with what they started as? Which is silly, if you ask me~ But then again, not everyone sees things as clearly as you and I do.

That's interesting. I might have to tell Kira-kun to be careful with Otoribashi-san. He used to be a captain too, right?
They started off as shinigami, yes, but they aren't shinigami anymore. They're stronger in their hollow form, right? Therefore, when they fight, they are Hollow. That is the way I see it.

And... you don't need to apologize, Hinamori-kun. I do appreciate it from you, thank you.
Whenever you're free, I'd be happy to spend some time with you. Things are considerably calmer here now.

I mean it. I really want to see you in that haori, taichou~
I can be free whenever. Now that I only have to do half the work that I'm used to, it's much easier to break away from the office.

...Between you and Abarai-kun... You don't have to call me taichou.
I'd like to say my workload is decreased, but I've always found time in the past. Let me know when you'd like, and I'll be sure to clear my schedule.

*laughs* I know, I know. I really can't call you 'Kira-taichou.' It would be like calling Hitsugaya-kun, 'Hitsugaya-taichou.' It's just too informal and distant. Hitsugaya-kun is lucky that I refrain from calling him 'Shiro-chan' most of the time..
Even if you need help with some paperwork, I'd be willing to help you out. It's odd not doing paperwork nonstop. How about tomorrow afternoon?
