» I think I've seen this before maybe? I don't know, but it is "A Zombie Proof House". I showed my mother (who ever since I got her to watch The Walking Dead has been talking about zombies a lot) and she said she wanted to make it her retirement home.

» And from the coming zombie apocalypse to the robot apocalypse. Every time there is something on the Strombo facebook feed about robots - I loose it. I laugh out loud. I'm sure she who laughs loudest will be the one who cries first when the robots actually do take over the world.

» So. I am behind the times okay - I had no idea that Justin Lin was set to direct the next terminator movie. all I can say is .. even with this article saying that he will not be getting the band back together ... Justin Lin obviously wants me to become his biggest fan. Even if he's the one who is set to reboot Highlander.

Actually ....

I would watch it if he directed it. Oh who am I kidding, I'd watch it if Uwe Boll directed it. My Highlander love it so.... lacking in taste sometimes. (Confession: I kind of enjoy Highlander 2 despite it being ... bad. BAD.)

» Noooooo. Universal I was just coming around to maybe this won't be a trainwrekc and now you might pull funding on the Dark Tower movie / TV series? Okay. I get it. You want to make two feature films and two TV series to bridge the gaps and that is ... expensive.

I also am just leery of anything Stephen King becoming a movie / TV show as ... it just seems to work better for me in print. I like how phrases in his book get repeated over, and over, and over again. I like the way he writes, and so far nothing has ever really translated to the screen for me.

That said a few weekends back, I was convinced by my friends that Javier Bardem would make a good Roland. So I was excited to see the rest of the cast, and now ... nooooo. That said, I think it might make a better animated feature then live action. That could be my comic book leanings coming through mind you.
