Tired, very tired!!! going to take a shower after talking avec mes parents et then i am sleeping until 10!!! ahhh life is bliss, at the moment. amelia and i have a lot in common so that is good and i am happy to be done traveling just nervous about school as always ( Read more... )

It's a little hard to think that you are half way across the world when I can type online to you. I guess it's just one of the wonders of the internet.

Yeah I am still on US time so I keep thinking that here it is, 11:49 pm here and only 2:49 there, it is strange!!

I just set up an extra clock on my iPod for London time [closest to Oxford?] just to see the time difference.

Good morning! I'm heading to bed over here. [Did you change all the clocks on your iPod, watch, computer etc.?]

I'm still doing research on it, but in my school newspaper, there was an article about Skype being used by international students as a cheap way to call back home. You might want to take a look at it if you are really concerned about the cost of calls. It's all done over the internet, and I don't know much about it except by hearing about it from TWiT hosts and the article.

PS: How is your internet connection over there? Got enough bandwidth for a drawing?

Yeah, London time is closest to Oxford so go with that.

Well good afternoon since it is that time over there, I hope your well too.

I'll keep that in mind about the phone. My parents can call the room phone which is only 7 cents a minute so they can call there, and for most of the day anyways, no one there is even up yet so I am sure I won't get that many calls :)

Internet is wireless but we have Ethernet access in the room I just haven't bought a cable yet. But I am able to download tv shows, so I guess it is pretty good :)

Well look out for pictures. Also, I will write you a letter, I just have to get some paper and envelopes first!! :) Bye for now!
