Wow!
Have you ever came home to an email or a letter that you never expected? Today that happened to me. I just got home from a Halloween party at my friends house and came home to an email from one of my best friends. It was a letter stating how she felt and how she has been acting lately. It was of complete spontaniety and surprise. This letter means more to me then almost anything I have ever read before. Right now in this difficult time in my life, I do not usually expect long letters telling me how much I am loved or how someone cares about me. I am greatful that I have people in my life that I do, but I have grown accustomed to knowing that people care for me without having to tell me straight out.
This was different. This letter faced the facts. It was straight and forward to me. This is somethign she does not usually do. I give her major credit for being able to do this. She has been there since elementary school for me and knows everything I go through. She never talks about things and never faced problems head on, but this time, she is realizing it is important to be here for me and help me get through this problem. For that I thank you with all my heart. I need this support, dedication, honesty, respect, love, and admiration that you, and others, are showing me right now.
I know I have more to talk about but I am dead tired. I have been up since 6:30 AM and it is now 1:50 AM!!! Sleep calls my name!
