Stats and permissions
Basically this is a VERY VERY BORING post.
Jean-Luc Picard is 60ish, Earth human, French with an English accent, no super powers. Not Charles Xavier. He's a capable fighter barehanded and with weapons, good with computers and mechanical stuff and the power of SCIENCE!!!!1!1 though not as good as people under his command.
Taking him from around the time of First Contact, so he's got all sorts of psychological baggage.
Please feel free to do anything non-permanent to him without asking me, including kissing, hugging, hitting, letting him know he's a character in a TV/movie series. Anything permanent, please ask me first (in an ooc comment in the post is fine, though).
