So last night I was baking a cheesecake to take home to the fam, yeah? Somewhere between taking the crust out of the oven and zesting a lemon and an orange, I thought it would be a grand notion to pop open one of these. Then, of course, paragon of restraint that I am, helped myself to half of Beth's icewine. Now, I'm left with a pretty bottle, and a healthy suspicion that the cheesecake in Beth's fridge is unsafe for consumption--but it's only family, right?
