Replacement laptop charger, hurray! The old one gave out on Wednesday, and after some hemming and hawing on my part (75 dollars, Christ, I don't want to SPEND 75 dollars), I gave in and got it. HP's 5-7 day shipping is obviously better than advertised, going by the date.
The last two weeks or so have been outrageously unaccommodating and stressful, and it still hasn't exactly passed, so I'll leave it at that.
I'm also toying with just dropping out of Daisychain entirely--I really don't feel like I can do my character justice, and while everyone is perfectly kind, being new at RP is daunting enough that I feel rather discouraged and inadequate. We'll see.
