if any of you billys were thinking of going to see max payne.....spare yourself.
now, i know action films. i don't go and see action film for their incredible story lines. i go to see stuff get blown up, people kick the shit out of each other, facinating new ways to park your car and cheesey one liners.
THIS MOVIE HAD NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
at one point, mark wahlbergs character throws a phone off the desk of a man he's pretty sure was involved with the murder of his wife......have you ever seen a cat bat around a ball of paper? cats are more violent and passionate.
christ. at least it was good for a laugh. weird cameo by nelly furtado made the whole theatre errupt in laughter. then once again when ludacris shows up in his fancy car waving his dective badge. oh shit.
i guess i hadn't seen a truly bad movie in a really long time. it balances the scales. the movie i watch will be gold. i think i'm going to go watch part 8 of the friday the 13th series.
