Still in Halifax, now with an awful cold. Rather than seeing the city, I'm following Sid's prescription to sack out on the couch today to try to recuperate before we leave to spend the weekend camping in Annapolis Royal with the Halifax scooter crew.
Yesterday morning I thought it was merely allergies and tried to rally as we left the house, but Sid's suspicion that this was more than allergies was proven correct as the afternoon crept on and my energy level crashed and the sneezes ramped up. Today's big vacation day now consists of being tucked in on the couch watching Jenn's Arrested Development DVDs and fantasizing about tearing out an awkward countertop between our kitchen and dining room.
