Alias - The Orphan
Erm, i like... really love Nadia. REALLY REALLY. Mia Maestro can act! And listening to her talk in spanish is so pretty! I loved teenage rebel Nadia, with her adorable pageboy hair. And the fact that she hooked up with Roberto! So much dramaaaaa. :D It was slightly lame that it was basically SD-6 all over again, one more time, some more, but Nadia killing him right away was AWESOME. The huge difference that is from Sydney (who still. works. for Sloane. Buuuh?) Isn't it strange that they still don't even really... know each other? Syd and Nadia? Like, as far as we know, Syd doesn't know any of the things we saw in the flashbacks. Nadia's only a good little spygirl just like her! They're always hugging and lovey-dovey, but they just met, really. It's strange. To me.
The thing is, though, with Nadia around... Syd seems fucking LAME now. Well, i mean, she pretty much has been this season, but this episode especially. I used to love her, she kicked so much ass, and now... eh. Not even to mention Vaughn. Jesus GOD, just kill them or something. I swear they used to be able to act. No, really.
"Vaughn asked me to lunch." BWAHAHAHHA. Oh, Marshall. The pointed look he gave Jack after he said that was what really made it. Man.
Jack used to encrypt Syd's crossword puzzles! Hilarious, dude. See, Project Christmas is funny and lighthearted! That wacky spyfamily! :D
The lamest thing ever was Vaughn going through his papers and research, then figuring it out, looking up and saying "Portugal." AHHH, YES, OF COURSE. THANK YOU FOR TELLING THE AUDIENCE. He didn't even whisper it in that "by George, i think i've got it!" way. Just "PORTUGAL." Aaaa... zuh? I hate you, Vaughn.
That garden at the end was tooootally Emily's garden, wasn't it? You guuuuys! Reusing the locations doesn't work when we can TELL where they are. Didn't we already know that Bill Vaughn had been trying to protect(?) Nadia? Oh, WAIT. If he brought her to the orphanage and had a gunshot wound in his shoulder (he did, right?) then would that have been when Irina shot him? Maybe? Or... i actually have no idea.
Next week looks... uhh. Kill Bill? Buffy? Just punch your way out, Syd! DUUH!
I was able to avoid the newest casting spoiler most of the day yesterday, but i finally saw it last night. :/ Oh well, i figured it wouldn't be a secret for long, and i guessed what it was right away anyway, just based on people's reactions. It's really not hard to figure out what would elicit that kind of response. Anyway, uhm- WOOO!#)Y$EIDGYUG!&*%#!!!!
