JAIME AND BRIENNE JAIME AND BRIENNE JAIME AND BRIENNE. SWORDFIGHTIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That was so awesome, especially as it got toward the end and Brienne was just fighting singlehandedly. SIGH. ♥____♥ God, Jaime is such an obnoxious dick, which makes it all the more enjoyable to watch Brienne drag him along on a leash. It's like she got tasked with dogsitting the most annoyingly yappy piece of shit dog in the seven kingdoms. Always trying to run away, being disobedient, peeing on things.
BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!! Man i just think Isaac Hempstead Wright is the cutest kid i’ve ever seen and i always want to cry about BRAAAAN, MY SWEET SUMMER CHILD. Is that... is that weird... ? The opening dream sequence was so pretty. And YAY THE REEDS YAY. I think it's dumb that they didn't get introduced when they were supposed to, so now they're... randomly coming to find the Starks in the forest, but whatever, i guess it's not that weird because magic powers and all. MEERA IS SO RAD AND CUTE
ARYAAAAAAAAAA. Her stuff was pretty boring up until holy shit the Hound holy shiiiitttttttt HER SECRET IDENTITY NOOOOOOOO
SANSA AND SHAE!!!!!!!!!! SANSA AND THE TYRELLS!!!!!!!!!!!! SANSA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd seen some talk about how great Olenna was going to be, and yeah, she is definitely the best, holy shit. What a good grandma. I want Sansa to stay in the comforting embrace of the Tyrells forever. Even just Loras coming to get her was like "aaaahhhhhh, Loras, i'm so happy to see Loras, what a good dude, Sansa is a big fan, this is pleasant!!!" It is really weird for something in King's Landing to feel safe! So i'm waiting for the other shoe to drop any time now.
Seeing as at this point Theon is my most hated character in the books, i'm a little happy he's being tortured. Although this is probably the start of him becoming more sympathetic, since there's gotta be a reason i see so many people who love Theon. Gross.
I hate how quickly the episodes are over, which, granted, always happens when it's a show that you look forward to every week, but UGH. I HATE WAITING A WHOLE WEEK FOR MORE STUFF. It seems like it's especially bad because when you read the books you get so much time to spend on everything, whereas on the show a whole chapter is finished in like five minutes. Really feeling like i'm gonna have to finally buy s1 and 2 on blu-ray and rewatch.
