Mad Men
DANG IT NOW I'M CAUGHT UP. I hate when that happens. One episode at a time suxxxxxxx.
So i guess i kind of ship Paul and Joan a little. :O I was surprisingly intrigued when they had their talk at the end of the election party last season, and then apparently they dated in between the seasons?? And we didn't get to see it?!? SADFACE. Anyway they're catty with each other and i enjoy it. Dang.
WHAT THE FUCK Don physically threatening Bobbie to get Jimmy to apologize was insaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaane. I remember seeing the last minute or so of that episode when it originally aired, with Betty and Don in the car, and then afterwards my friends list was overrun with posts proclaiming "HOLY SHIT DON DRAPER", so... yeah. Now i know. HOLY SHIT DON DRAPER.
Don having Sally make drinks is so wrong and hilarious, i love it. He called her Jeeves!
Somehow Colin Hanks has grown up to look and sound EVEN MORE like his dad to the point where they're so twinsies it kind of freaks me out. I TAKE IT FATHER GILL/PEGGY IS WHERE IT'S AT?!?!? BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I'M FEELING. The relationships on this show are so transitory (and adulterous!) i don't really have a ship to ship, and that tends to be the one thing that sends me over from enjoying a show to LOVING a show, sad as that is. BUT I LIKE FATHER GILL/PEGGY. :D
LOLOLOLOLOL at Pete's white tennis shorts in "Three Sundays". I had to pause and laugh for a while. Ahhhhhh. YEAH.
POOR LOIS. She got eaten aliiiiive. Although i did enjoy seeing Joan as Don's secretary, because she's the queen bee and i like it when people who are good at what they do are teamed up.
Joan and Roger make me sad. It tugs at my heart a little when he calls her Joanie. :(
It's crazy that all the guys have actually grown on me. I love bearded Paul, and I didn't think i'd ever really like Ken but he is a funny douchebag. Plus with his writing and interpreting the Rothko, he's a surprising guy. And SAL!!!!!! The Sal and Ken thing made me so thrilled and sad at the same time.
PEGGY. I love what they showed us of her relationship with Don, and i love that she's who he called to bail him out after the car accident. And oh man when she showed up at the club when the guys were there! ALL DRESSED UP, SO PRETTY!! I so enjoy her working her way into the men's ranks, that even though they don't view her as an equal or as a desirable woman-- and is mocked because of it-- she's still able to earn their respect in other ways.
JOOOOOOOOAN, being awesome and reading the television scripts and then being replaced. :( :( :( Also practically murdering the new girl, that was fantastic. OH, JOAN.
OMFG BETTY GIVING DON THE BOOT, HELL YESSSSSSSSSS. Her whole day when she completely lost it was amazing. BETTYYYYYYYYYY.
And the newest episode: I can't believe Roger left Mona! Whaaaaaaaat. Oh, Roger. That was a bad idea. I do enjoy that the role Don played in that breakup is almost the same role that Jimmy Barrett played in Betty and Don's breakup. NICE WORK, DON. Punching Jimmy in the face was extremely great, though.
Don annoys the crap out of me for being angry at Betty for dumping him, like it's all her fault. Oh that temperamental woman. Don's awesome, but he's also a major league hosebag.
I was pleasantly surprised that Betty didn't hook up with Arthur herself. It was so badass of her to just kind of shove Arthur and Sarah Beth off on each other. I love sullen Betty, sick of bullshitting around, barely keeping up appearances.
The Office
RYAN AND KELLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSS. RYAN AS RECEPTIONIST. MAKING A SHIT LIST. NO MORE DOUCHEBAG GOATEE. STILL GOING AFTER KELLY. RYAN HOWARD. !!!!!!! Never mind that i don't know how it's even possible for him to be an employee of Dunder-Mifflin again, i am just glad he's back. FIRE(D) GUY!!
Is it bad that Jim and Pam actually getting engaged now only makes me wonder how it's going to go wrong? :( But kissing in the rain! Kissing in Pam's dorm room! Kissing! :D Aww, Pam in school. Pam as RA!
HARRY! HARRYHARRYHARRY. I remember reading about him guest-starring and then i forgot. Terrible memory: it makes things delightfully surprising!
Michael and Holly are oddly endearing. I don't even know how such a thing can be! But there you go.
Grey's Anatomy
I never got around to posting my extremely brief thoughts about last season's finale, so here are those:
ERICA/CALLIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
\o/
When Erica kissed Callie in the previous episode i was like :O SO WHEN CALLIE KISSED ERICA FOR REALLY REALS I WAS LIKE :D :D :D :D :D :D
There are lots of emoticons to express what i am feeling!
AND they gave us Alex/Izzie even though it was more about Alex being sad and Izzie comforting him than anything, but... making out, thx. :D
AND i had kind of wanted George/Lexie back in the season premiere but nothing ever happened. UNTIL NOW! At least in a vaguely foreshadowy manner! Hey-o. I called it. I don't really ship it, but i called it.
I think Rose is adorable, it's too bad she gets shit on all the time. :(
AND THOSE ARE MY THOUGHTS ON GREY'S!
BACK TO THE PRESENT: You guys. I love lesbians so much. :*( Honestly, in like the past couple years i have discovered how much i super duper think lesbians are the greatest. Oh man, it even makes me happy that Lindsay Lohan is gay now!! That's the best thing she's ever done besides Mean Girls! I DON'T EVEN KNOW. GIRL LOVE, I JUST LIKE IT. In any case i'm a little surprised Erica has no gay experience, but i am nonetheless ecstatic about goofy nervous lesbians.
Alex should not be so mean to Izzie when they were nicely back on track for sexytimes. It makes me sad.
I actually kind of loved Cristina and badass Army guy! And HOORAY for telling Meredith to shut the hell up, apparently i deserve to be impaled by an icicle too!
Denny? ...Seriously? Jesus, Shonda. Any excuse to get Jeffrey Dean Morgan back on the show. GET OVER IT, HE'S DEAD.
True Blood
Okay so i ended up watching the pilot for some reason even though i'd heard it was terrible. And now i'm still watching just because there isn't anything else on in the 9:00 hour of Sunday nights, and it's not boring. I am not invested in it at all, but it's kind of refreshing to have a show to watch that is mindlessly entertaining and i care nothing about and don't have to make any effort to watch!
TARA IS HARDCORE AWESOMELY FANTASTICALLY GREAT. AND ANNA PAQUIN <3 Oh and the intro credits are very cool. That is... pretty much the entirety of my opinion. It's a weird show.

ROBOT IDENTITY CRISIS
Early in the episode i was confused and worried that it would turn out Allison's memories were somehow implanted into Cameron, which would completely undermine any development of robotic humanity, so i'm extremely glad that wasn't the case. Then i started wondering whether Allison had some sort of relationship with John, but i guess there wasn't really any evidence of that since basically every resistance fighter talks about John like they know him personally, and John knowing Allison would have made it harder for Cameron to blend in. I want to know how and when future John discovered she's a Terminator. Ugh, i don't remember enough details of what we've been told to piece anything together. BASICALLY CAMERON INFILTRATED THE RESISTANCE TO DEFEAT THEM BUT LEARNED TO LOVE INSTEAD?!?!?
The cuts between Allison's interrogation and Cameron in the present were awesome. The whole thing was so well-done, because all along it was unclear what exactly Cameron was remembering and who she really was in the future, but ultimately it reinforced everything we know about Cameron. She's so good at mimicking human emotions that with a little bit of damage to her chip she ends up believing she IS the human she was interrogating, and then even when she remembers she's a machine she is still capable of acting (feeling?) betrayed and vengeful.
I LOVE WHEN SUMMER GETS TO EMOTE, SHE'S SO FREAKING GOOD AT IT. :D
Sarah lying about Kyle being with her when she gave birth to John made me FRIGGIN SAD. Saraaaah. :****( The use of pregnancy in this episode was pretty cool, with lives yet to be and lives that never were and how Judgment Day factors into all of it.
Heroes
Vast improvement from last week! The fact that Mohinder was not in the episode probably definitely has something to do with that!
WTF SYLAR IS REALLY A PETRELLI?!?!?! That. is. whack. Although i wouldn't put it past Angela to lie in order to control him, so i still don't totally buy it. Anyway, i love new Sylar. He has always been hilarious, but they are really upping the wacky domesticated villain antics. Partnered with HRG makes him 500000 times greater! MEANWHILE HRG IS PLOTTING TO MURDER HIM. :D :D :D
IF NIKI/JESSICA/TRACY IS CLONES I WILL LIKE HER 10000000000% MORE. I THINK THAT DOCTOR GUY MADE IT PRETTY OBVIOUS SHE'S CLONES. CLOOOOOOONES. I love them. :*(
Aww, little orphan Micah. :( I didn't care about either of his parents, but i still feel bad for him.
Claire's real mom rules, her biological mom drools. All i can see when i look at Pyro mom is Tami Taylor's flaky sister! Also... she sucks.
The silent movie music soundtracking everything Hiro and Ando did was entirely awesome. Daphne annoyed me a little less this time.
